Won't start	No Fuel . Check the tank , is it full - check the pump is ok , blocked line . No Spark . Check the plug , wires to the coil - tight , make sure all the connections are secured to the frame or motor .
No Power	Age of Fuel . Has it gone off . Lack of Fuel . Is there a blocked fuel line , Filter , Jet in carby . Air Supply . Is there enough air getting to the motor . Belt . Is it slipping .  Throttle . Is the cable sticking or stretched .
No Power When HOT	Open Circut on electrics . As it heats up the wires ,cables , connections open circut due to expansion . When it cools it works ok because the wires reconnect  themselves . This can also happen with the plug .
With the electrics , if just playing with the connections do nothing and you suspect the coil or magneto take them to an auto electrician and get them tested . BUT if you need a new part you will just have to go to RIP OFF CENTRAL ( HONDA ) and buy one .
